Pope Benedict film a hit on YouTube
A video on the life of Pope Benedict, made by a group of communications students from the University of Navarre, in Spain, has been receiving many thousands of hits since it was posted on YouTube recently.
The students used more than 14,000 drawings and 1,000 photographs to put together the cartoon animation and series of images presenting facts about Pope Benedict's life and achievements.
Their film: 'Do you know Pope Benedict XVI?' was chosen from 30 projects, for screening at the Univ Congress in Rome held during Holy Week.
Many thousands of young people attended this year's gathering, which was on the theme: 'Can Christianity inspire a global culture?'
