Each diocese should go on-line, say bishops
Every diocese should be on-line by the end of 2000, the bishops said at their conference in low week. They recommended that each bishop and every parish should have an e-mail address by the end of the year. They also advised that each diocese appoint someone with responsibility for developing Internet policy and liaising with the Internet Working Group of the Committee for Communications.
