New on-line service spreads the Daily Gospel
The Daily Gospel - a new, free, on-line service is now available, sending out to subscribers the Gospel and Mass readings for each day, by e-mail. Run by an international team of lay volunteers - "eager to spread the Gospel as much as possible" - the service is available in a number of European languages. The Daily Gospel has received the support of His Grace John P Foley, President of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications and the Episcopal Association for the French-speaking Liturgy (AELF). The project was set up without financial support of any kind. A note on the site ask for donations from those who can afford to give. It also asks people to spread the word about this new service.
