Vincentian Day for Justice
The Vincentian Millenium Partnership (VMP) will be holding a day-long conference in London on 6 March for anyone who is interested in justice work. The aim of the day is to give the knowledge, skills and confidence to become more involved in campaigning on behalf of vulnerable people.
The VMP is an umbrella organisation set up to foster collaboration among those groups, charities and religious orders which are influenced by the spirit of St Vincent De Paul. Members work with the homeless, prisoners, debt counselling, people facing court proceedings and other areas.
Speakers at the conference will include Canon Nicholas Sagovsky, CITIZENS for Sanctuary, Parliamentary Outreach Team and the VMP Justice Group.
