Water resources are beginning to be severely effected by climate change. Fr Seán is a missionary priest who is a leading thinker on green issues. He is a passionate campaigner for environmental action and is the author of several books including ‘The Death of Life’ and ‘Greening the Christian Millennium’. His involvement in environmental campaigning came from his years spent as a priest on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines in the 1970s and 1980s.

During his 15 years as an environmental specialist Dr Mike has shared his theories on climate change with audiences all over the world. David Thomson, Justice and Peace Adviser for Arundel & Brighton said: “The day will be a wonderful opportunity not only to reflect on ‘What next after Copenhagen?’ but also to look at the important issue of water and link into to organisations and individuals who are trying to bring about change.” He went on to say “We have two brilliant speakers who will not only entertain us but will also challenge us to action for change.”
