Bring good cheer to the streets of London
If you live in London and can spare a few hours to sing or shake a tin over the next few days - then the Cardinal Hume Centre Carol Singers need you. Whether you can spend the whole evening, or just stay for an hour or two - you would be most welcome to join the singers as they perform at different spots around the capital. They're providing song sheets, collecting buckets, drinks and even mince pies. All the proceeds will go towards supporting young homeless people. The singers are meeting from 3pm-8pm on the following dates: Monday, 18 December, Green park tube; Tuesday 19 December, Knightsbridge tube; Wednesday 20 December, Euston main line station; and Thursday 21 December at Chancery Lane tube.
