Two new Westminster monsignors

Pope Benedict XVI has conferred honours on two Westminster priests who work closely with Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor. Fr Mark O'Toole, the Cardinal's private secretary, has been appointed papal chaplain, and Fr Seamus O'Boyle, the Vicar-General of Westminster Diocese, a prelate of honour. Both now carry the title 'Monsignor'. The honours were conferred at a gathering on 26 May at Archbishop's House, Westminster.
