London: conference to mark Saint Faustina anniversary

 The event will take place at the Polish Church of Our Lady, Mother of the Church, 2 Windsor Road, Ealing, on 27 September.

Following Mass which will be celebrated in English by Auxiliary Bishop of Westminster Bishop Alan Hopes, two sisters from the Shrine of Divine Mercy in Lagiewniki, Poland, will speak about the life, spirituality, and message of Divine Mercy for the modern world.

At 3pm, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be said in an hour of special Devotion.

Father Gowkielewicz of the Divine Mercy Apostolate, Fawley Court, said: "This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know more about St. Faustina." Though the talks will be given in Polish, they will be simultaneously translated into English."

"During the afternoon there will be an opportunity to venerate relics of St Faustina".
