James Teague Completes Lejog
Schoolteacher James Teague completed his 10 day Land's End to John O'Groats bike ride on Sunday. Together with two other cyclists he covered 980 miles in 10 days. James was raising money for Group 144 of HCPT - The Pilgrimage Trust. The group is based in Chiswick, West London - and takes 10 children with disabilities to Lourdes every Easter. James, aged 25, is the group leader.
The ride covered the hills of Cornwall, the mountainous scenery of the Lake District, a windy journey through Glencoe and the UK's most northern coastal road into John O'Groats.
(Editor's note: Well done James! I understand you're back at school this week in time for the GCSE results. Hope you manage to get a bit of time off! )
