Booking Now: Living Theology Weekend
John Moffat SJ, Professor Mary Grey and Gerard J Hughes SJ will be speaking at the Living Theology weekend in the Ammerdown Conference and Retreat Centre near Bath from 24 - 27 June.
Living Theology offers a unique mix of learning, liturgy and community living, attractive to those who wish to learn more about their Christian faith. This year will range around aspects of ethics - theological, philosophical, and practical. Professor Mary Grey's topic will be 'Searching for peace in the Holy Lands - a spirituality of hope and steadfastness', John Moffat SJ will explore aspects of ethics in everyday living, and Gerry Hughes SJ will ask 'What is a moral dilemma?' 2016 sees Living Theology's third consecutive year at Ammerdown.
The Centre is set in a peaceful location in woods next to a stately home, surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and parkland, with a beautiful chapel in its midst. The programme includes Mass and time for prayer, and meditation.
