Advent Carol Service reflects on Bethlehem Past, Bethlehem Present
The Amos Trust Advent Carol Service takes place next Tuesday 3 December at St James’ Church, Piccadilly, right in the heart of London. The evening begins with Cry Palestine, a new choral piece, created and performed by Palestinian musician Reem Kelani Harvey Brough, and writer/ director Justin Butcher and choir. There will be traditional carols from OperaFour.
Filmmaker Leila Sansour founder of the Open Bethlehem campaign will show extracts her her film 'Road to Bethlehem', and there will be music from singer-songwriter & Amos's founder, Garth Hewitt.
