The evening takes place at Rosslyn Hill Unitarian Chapel, Hampstead on Friday, 15 July 7.30 - 10.30pm.
Christie's distinguished career includes Darling, 'Lara' in David Lean's Doctor Zhivago, and more recently Finding Neverland, Away From Her, Troy and Harry Potter. She has won the Academy Award, Golden Globe, BAFTA, and Screen Actors Guild Awards among other prizes.
CADFA works in Camden to promote awareness about the human rights situation in Abu Dis. They are building friendship links between individuals and organisations in Camden and Abu Dis, and supporting a number of health, education and youth projects there. They run campaigns on human rights issues such as child prisoners.
This summer they have hosted an exchange visit to London by some former child prisoners and their brothers and sisters. Among the schools taking part have been Maria Fidelis School for Girls in Euston and La Sainte Union convent school in Highgate.
