The JCFL Prayer Vigil takes place this Thursday, 4 March at 7.30pm in Grosvenor Chapel Mayfair, South Audley Street, W1K 2PA.
The evening offers an encounter with Jesus Christ with readings from the Old and New Testament, songs, a short inspirational talk, prayers and silence. The Liturgy is contemplative and gentle offering space to discover the inner stillness and peace that only God can give. After the Prayer Vigil we share a meal together providing time for food and friendship in Christ.
At present the JCFL Prayer Vigil only takes place in London, but the organisers would love to bring this vision to other cities in the United Kingdom and to other parts of Europe and the world.
The JCFL Coordinator is also interested in setting up a similar initiative bringing people of different faiths together to pray united by a common theme such as Peace. If you would like to help make this vision become a reality please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
