BBC investigates plans to fine Westminster Cathedral homeless

¬†Following the news on Monday that Westminster Council is considering imposing £500 fines on homeless people sleeping in the Piazza outside Westminster Cathedral, the BBC plans to interview Simon Hilton, leader of Westminster Council and Philip Burke, director of of the Simon Community this morning.
