Bishop Kevin Dunn: condition 'critical but stable'

Rt Rev Kevin Dunn, Bishop of Hexham and Newcastle remains very seriously ill in hospital.

In a statement, the Diocese said yesterday: "Bishop's Kevin's condition remains unchanged. He is still critically ill in hospital, but he is stable. The doctors and nurses continue to do all they can to help Bishop Kevin.

"Many people throughout the diocese and beyond continue to pray for him at this time. We ask that you too keep Bishop Kevin and his family in your prayers.:
 
Bishop Kevin was admitted to hospital on Tuesday, 5 February. On Friday, February 8, his condition deteriorated and he was transferred to intensive care with pneumonia.
