London: Advent Festival in Soho
An Advent Evangelisation Festival takes place at St Patrick's, 21A Soho Square W1, from next Tuesday 11th - Sunday 16th December.
There will be a daily programme of Masses, events in the Square, street evangelisation, Open Doors" at St Patrick's, Adoration and Reconciliation.
On Wednesday evening at 6.30pm there will be street evangelisation and a carol concert at 7pm at Our Lady of the Assumption and St Gregory's, Warwick Street W1. On Thursday evening: at 7pm there will be praise and prayer - testimonies of God's goodness at St Patrick's.
On Friday evening at 7pm there will be a street concert by the French Church, Leicester Square, followed by a torchlight procession with carols to St Patrick's followed by adoration and night prayer.
Saturday begins with registration and commissioning from 9am. This is followed by street evangelisation until 11am when there will be Adoration and Mass, followed by lunch, street evangelisation and a Gospel concert in Soho Square at 4pm
At 7pm the evening begins at St Patrick's with testimonies, and praise followed by Adoration abd opportunity for Reconciliation.
On Sunday there will be Street evangelisation from 2.30pm in Soho Square with Mass with the Gospel Choir at 5pm
The Mission is being led jointly by students of SPES, St Patrick's Evangelisation School, and ESM, the Emmanuel School of Mission, from Rome.
